Undependable and definitely not "Reliable"

Ordered and paid for products from Reliable Store on 18 May 2022. Finally delivered half the order after two-and-a-half months, and lots of back and forth e-mail correspondence and excuses from them. After querying the short delivery, I was told they had no stock of the other items. So, I asked for a refund, and after another two-and-a-half months, and lots of back and forth e-mail correspondence and excuses from them, I am still waiting for the refund. Do not buy from them, they are *************.
