UN reliable stores

One star is too much actually. I don't even know if this place is still trading. I paid for an on-line purchase 3 months ago, it has never arrived. They don't answer E-mails and the call centre cost me 1.5 hours of airtime, that was how long I held on to speak to the "next available operator" 🤬 is there some way one can get these ****mers off the Internet?
