un-"Reliable Store" - I regret buying from them. Don't waiste your time.

Reliable Store is not reliable at all.

I bought a replacement keyboard from Reliable Store. This was sadly the first and now the last time I will buy anything from un-"Reliable Store".

I placed my order on the 12th of January 2024. They indicated it would take 10- 20 Business days. Well at this stage I am still waiting for my order to come and it has been 55 business days on the 27th of March.

I have been in contact with: Fumani Nkuna, Customer Service and Sales Consultant, Reliable Store

I honestly feel for Fumani as I would not want to be in her shoes having to keep on telling customers that their orders are on their way when the reality is something different.

Once I received a tracking number for Buffalo Courier it became clear to me that Reliable Store did not have the product I wanted in stock in South Africa. They only placed an order to a supplier in China for the item I wanted weeks later after my order was confirmed and paid. Order placed in South Africa 12-Jan-24 Order placed in China 26-Feb-24 Outbound from BUFFALO China warehouse 04-Mar-24 Receive in [ ZA WH] 13-Mar-24 I do believe that Reliable Store can import specific products they have on their website for cheaper than what a South African consumer can purchase directly from a Chinese supplier and ship the product to South Africa.

But because Reliable Store is not honest about their business practice and processes they leave their customers waiting for products for months on end.

Now I regret buying from Reliable Store and advise anyone else to think twice before you do.

If there was a zero-star rating I would have given that.
