UN-Reliable Store

I purchased something online in February, when following up on the delivery a month later (March) I was advised that there was a stock issue but that it had been resolved & they were in the process of getting my tracking details to me.

I then followed up again another month Later (April) as I had not received any tracking details, the feedback I received 9 days later (their ticket turn around is apparently 24-48 hours) that due to the stock issues they ship the following week.

Now sitting in the Middle of May with no product delivery & questionable communication, I requested a cancellation & refund which should have taken 3-10 business days as per their feedback to my request.

We are now well past that & I have not to date received my order or a refund.

I would not recommend buying from this online store & only wished I had read the reviews before placing my order.
