Un-Reliable store

What a nightmare, ordered and payed for my cold laminator on 25 January 2023, and to date have not received the item. Their website says 7-14 days, but this is looking like 7-14 months now. Getting a reply from them is another effort in futility, as they reply but never give an answer as to when the product will arrive. I would not recommend this company to anyone, there is no service and they are not reliable.
