Un-Reliable Store

Placed my order 30 September and after following up I got terrible assistance to move the process along by 15 October. And when I told them that if I don't receive my items soon that I will request a refund and then they just threw their terms and conditions in my face pointing out that if I request a refund before 30 days that I will pay a 35% re-shelfing fee.

This is absolute garbage support and terrible customer service. Reliable? What a joke!
