Un-Reliable Store

Shocking service. I placed an order on 21 December 2021. After numerous emails and queries and lies in reply, I received my item today, 9 March 2022. And of course it is incorrect. It is not what I ordered but I will not return it because I am not waiting another 10 weeks for the replacement to come. Service is shocking, delivery is shocking, they lie in their emails and it should not be allowed to continue.
