"Un-Reliable" Store

Placed an order 29th July. Still waiting for delivery. They never reply to requests. When you eventually get through to them, they have nothing but excuses. Spoke to a supervisor who had no idea how or when I was going to get my item. 2nd Sept today and when I eventually got hold of them on *** they were offline again and no managers were available to talk to. Never going to use them again nor recommend to anyone.
