I placed an order on 30 June 2022. Updates were regular for the first week. Today, 17 August 2022, still no parcel. Was informed two days ago of a break in at their offices and that my parcel was ******. ETD kept on moving on with a week, system NEVER updated. I had to contact them, no feedback or progress report from them in lieu of the fact that their local SA tracking system has not been updated since 7 July 2022. After the alleged break-in, they will now order another VR Headset and same will be delivered next week, 23 August to 27 August 2022.

When I enquired as to how is it possible for them to obtain a new VR Headset so quickly while I have been waiting for FOURTY PLUS days for my delivery, the explanation given was that first-time orders take longer than re-ordering (?!).

I will NEVER EVER use this service again. Had I known it was going to take TWO MONTHS for delivery, I would NEVER have placed an order through them. Next to Nedbank, this is the worst service delivery ever.
