UN-RELIABLE STORE!!!

UN-RELIABLE STORE!!! This is the WORST online store I have ever dealt with. They lie about the delivery date. They lie about responding to you within 24 to 48 hours. I bought an external hard drive as a Christmas present for my brother, in November and only received it in January. The hard drive was *******ed and doesn't work. I have sent them numerous emails for a refund, but they don't respond. If you have money to throw down the drain, then feel free to use these ******!!! Somebody must shut them down.
