UN-reliable Store

There is nothing reliable about this store. First they make you wait three weeks for your order without any communication to you, then when you request a refund after they eventually get back to you just to advise you that they are unable to fulfill your order, they simply just keep your hard earned money and refuse to refund you. It is entities like this that is killing the entire online shopping industry in this country.
