UN-reliable

This store id not reliable. They are UN-reliable. I ordered a product on 2 May 2022. After two weeks I enquired. They rep**** that they have not received a tracking no from their supplier. On 26 May I received a tracking no. In the mean-time I wrote more emails to them. On 17 Jun 2022 the product was delivered, but it was not the product that I ordered. I ordered a branded 18-key numeric keypad. I have received a no-name inferior product. They requested pictures. On 19 Jun 2022 I have send pictures. They have not yet responded.
