Horrible. I am on the line now for 50mins and as I got to 3rd in line it is kicking me back to 4 and it started at 20mins and I was 20 in line now i'm 2nd in line and 18mins wait time. I have sent more than 15 emails to get my refund back and I had one response and no follow up. This has to be reported as *****, I am definitely going to the police station to lay ******** charges. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
