Trying to get a refund - No answer

I bought a product from the Reliable Store and the money was immediately deducted from my account. The next day I decided to cancel my order and have since then sent them multiple emails to try and get my money back. It has been more than a week and I haven't heard a thing.I've tried calling their telephone numbers and there is no answer. I am very worried that I will not get my R650 back.
