Totally Unreliable

I have order 2 x electronic display units ,which was supposed to be delivered on 28/3/24, Never got any feedback in regards to my order, I called them was number 17 in the phone que, spent 18 minutes of my airtime, no one attended to the phones, so I emailed them, then they notified me it up to 40 days, which has come and gone, still no feedback from them , why do they call them reliable stores, they have my money, I did request a refund, no response to that, I did send another email, hopefully they honor they name
