Total disregard for customer service.

After waiting since February 2024 and now it's the 7th July 2024, for my delivery and had send my banking details for reimbur*****t, Reliable Store is not responding to email massages. I am now contemplating to issue them a letter of demand for payment of my money. This is total disregard for customers.
