This Online Business Is Useless

On 2 March 2022 I did a online purchase of a specific Mechanical Keyboard from Reliable Store. Since then I have communicated with them 30 times about my order. I have received a number of emails from them stating "A shipment from order #.....is on the way". What a joke. Nothing but excuses. Promises to escalate to management. No response. They even tried to offer me a different keyboard to the one I ordered. I refused this. I will never buy from this business again. In my humble opinion they are a joke.
