This business is a nightmare, but I just wanted my refund back!!

I purchased a floodlight from this store in October 2022. Despite them promising a delivery of less than 2 weeks, it was delivered 6 weeks later. What's worse was they delivered the wrong light after waiting for so long. I wrote them emails and no one responded, until I had to drive to their offices and returned the light. The lady promised to refund me in 3-10 working days. It's almost 2 months now and I have not received my money back.

Come rain, come thunder, I want my money back. But these ones are not business people - stay away!
