The worst online store!
Absolutely disgusted by the incompetence of this store - there is no way to get in contact with them, all thier numbers DOES NOT work and their e-mail address as a automatic response. I ordered a item months ago, they advertised it on thier website but did not have it in stock, they where however very fast to take my money! They then cancelled my order without permission or reason, I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED. Do not trust this place, they are complete trolls.

03 Jun 2020, 12:40Update on this store - 2/20 times you'll get a real response from a real person, she then told me they had sent me a proof of refund (proof being a typed out email, NO ATTACHMENT) she then said the refund would take 10 business days to PROCESS, again, no proof, which implies they did not do this. It takes a max of 72 hours for your money to reflect in your account. These people are such disgusting *****. She continues to shift blame to PayFast. It is day 5 and NO REFUND.

03 Jun 2020, 12:48Some more insight to anyone ordering from Reliable Store - Try calling them from the number on their website - *** and the number on Facebook - *** (if it was not changed, this is the current number) You will get no response, Try e-mailing, you will get a automatic response (Unless you've paid then respond will be immediate) And even if you try googling the address on facebook, it takes you to a completely different place with a different number, and a receptionist that answers does not know who "Reliable Online Store" is, if anyone has a reason for this, or if I am wrong, please respond, and be careful.
