The worst online purchase I have ever made!!

The worst online purchase I have ever made!! I purchased an item and it was delivered with missing items which was clearly listed on their website. I logged a call with them and after numerous emails after 5 weeks now, no response at all from them! Calling them also does not help because the person always tells you that they will look into it and call you back, but no one ever calls you back!! I will never buy from them again!!
