The worst online experience ever

I ordered on the 24th of March 2024, and still i have not received my order. Numerous excuses. And today it is the 18th of May 2024. I am now busy with the 10 day refund process, lets se if i will receive my money back. I could have ordered from Temu x 4 times already.
