The very unreliable reliable store

This should really be called THE UNRELIABLE STORE I have now waited 3 weeks for a tap. I have sent numerous emails have tried phoning to no avail. When phoning you are kept waiting and then cut off and as for emails you just get WE WILL COME BACK TO YOU IN 24 TO 48 HOURS then nothing. I can't wait any longer as I need to have the tap fitted so will have to buy elsewhere and don't see any chance of getting a refund from these ******** so I can kiss goodbye to R670. DO NOT USE THE RELIABLE STORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING
