The Reliable store - ******* taking money and not delivering

The reliable Store service is pathetic and UNRELIABLE. I paid for my items in May 2023 in full. I am still waiting for these items. Every time i send an email for an update they take long to respond or don't respond. When they do respond they provide false updates that stock is at customs or they will investigate. I consider them *******. They should be investigated. I am certain I am not the only one going through. To take money and not deliver is a theft.
