The most unReliable store in the world -AVOID!!!

Never in all my life have I dealt with a company as hopelessly unreliable as the Reliable Store. They truly are beyond shocking. I ordered a wire******** in July 2022. What they sent me more than a month later and after two follow-ups was a damaged, opened-package ******** that was poorly stuck together with tape and not even remotely close to the model I ordered. They said they would send me the replacement. It is now practically March 2023 and I'm still waiting. All I get from a completely useless customer success associate is the same clichèd copy and paste message. Please folks - do yourself a favour and never ever ever order anything from these people.
