The most UNRELIABLE STORE

Can we not mark it minus stars? Honestly, the WORST experience ever of online shopping. I’ve renamed it ‘Unreliable Store’. I ordered a toilet roll stand at exorbitant price R1.1k at end Nov. I hustled (no updates like normal online purchases) and finally got it 2 months later!!!! Only for it to be delivered without all the parts and NO assembly instructions. I’ve contacted endlessly trying to get it returned as I’ve had enough on them. Called endlessly. Sometimes on hold for up to hour and no one answers. No reply in mail. Short of flying to Joburg and throwing these useless pipes through their window, I am not sure what to do.
