I received a faulty product. After numerous phone calls and emails without success, I received a call from Primrose. She assisted me with my problem and quickly resolved it for me. I sent the product back to them and the money was paid back into my account. Although I struggled with Reliable Store for a very long time, Primrose came through for me.
