TERRIBLE SERVICE - NOT reliable!

Terrible Terrible, NOT reliable. Seems like they do drop shipping from China. After many emails and frustrations they could not supply our order which we have placed end of January. Then wanted to charge as penalties when we asked for refund. Now Aug 2022 we are still waiting for our refund. NOT RELIABLE at all. You can also not phone them although they do have a phone number- you just never get to a person also auto answer and wait and wait and wait…….
