Terrible Service less than half a star

Terrible service, they don't answer their telephone number and even though they say they will take 48 hours to reply via email in actual fact they take about 10 days or more. I purchased a set of 6 PCIE Riser cards along with a 1394 USB card, delivery only came with the 1394 USB card this is after about 1 month, and after several attempts to call them with no answer, i decided to write them an email informing them of such, from there it's meaningless responses that seem like time buying. Close to 3 months now and no meaningful responses,
