Terrible service from Reliable Store

I ordered 2 hummingbird sugar water feeders, ones that took almost a litre of sugar water on 10 May 2023. On 7 July my parcel was delivered and it contained 2 sugar bird feeders that hold less than a cup of water each. When I let Reliable store know, they said I had to pay for them to come and collect it. They made the mistake not me and now they won’t give me my money back..
