Terrible service! False advertising!

I order an item on the 24th of November 2023 and I am yet to receive it. I asked for a refund and they keep giving me the runaround and today when I called they cut the line on me. I don’t know why such a company is still allowed to operate while there’s been multiple complaints. Their customer service is extremely terrible, the agents never have answers to any questions which is why they keep cutting the line. This extremely unprofessional. If the company is unable to operate as it has advertised on it’s website, they should shut down. Majority of the people are complaining about the same thing which is quite concerning because this company is false advertising if they cannot deliver on what they have advertised to do. I want my money back.
