TERRIBLE service and very unreliable

Absolute useless store. I order a light, a simple light and it has been months without ever arriving at my house. On top of that, the tracking says "Client Received". I can't get a hold of them online or by phone. After weeks of emailing them, someone finally answered and said he will see what he can do but again it's been weeks and nothing happened, and they are not replying to emails anymore.
