Terrible service

I placed my order for an 800NM Impact wrench in September 2023 and the item only arrived 6 months later and the spec was wrong i.e. 350NM instead of 800NM. This after millions of calls to their office. Please stay away from them if you love your money and peace of mind. I wish i could give them ZERO stars, they don't even deserve that 1 star
