Terrible Service

If I could give negative rating they deserve minus5. Charger ordered in April delivered last week (June). Wrong charger though their conformation has a picture of the charger. I notified them of the wrong item and they have since ignored my emails. I ordered the same charger on Thursday last week with Takealot and it was delivered yesterday i.e in less than 5 days and it cost me half what I paid at Reliable Store. R200 not R400 to be exact
