Terrible delivery and poor customer service.

Poor delivery and customer service. Buy from this online shop at your own peril. I placed my order and paid online for 2 parcels on 14 Aug, After 2 weeks I called the customer service department (which was hard to get a hold of since the line would drop once you are first in line) and was told that delivery can take up to 14 days and I must wait. On 5 Sept I called again and they noticed that there has been no progress and they will see what they can do. a week later only 1 package was delivered. On 27 Sept after no further delivery I called again and was told that I must send a e-mail. the response was that they have not allocated a tracking number and can only help me when a tracking number is assigned.

To date (9 Oct) still no package or communication from them.
