Terrible Deliveries @ Reliable Online Store

Reliable Online Store Needs to get their act together! I am so disappointed with Reliable. I understand late deliveries but being told different stories every time I phone and given 3 different delivery dates IN WRITING is a whole other story of just bad service or just a bad company. My 3rd delivery date was today 03/03/21 and now after I was told it was in the warehouse last week (thats after mistaking it being there before with my other two delivery dates) I was told today that it will only arrive in the warehouse on Friday 05/03/21 and get delivery next week(will now be my 4th date). I don't know what to believe or do anymore.... If I cancel my order I think I will end up fighting twice as long to get my money back!
