Terrible communication

I am very disapointed with the service im receiveing from your company.

I placed an order and paid on 10/01/21

On 3/02/21 I received an email stating that I would get delivery on 5/02/21. I emailed you on 18/1 // 19/1 // 21/1 // 29/1 // 15/2 // 21/2 // 1/3. Replies - only soorry for late deliveries - Will get delivey on Friday.

26/2 Spoke to Sam. Promised delivery on 1/3 2/3 Spoke to Sam and Cathrine. Cathrine promised to speak to management and call me back on 3/3. STILL WAITING for callback.

Due to above please cancel my order for a full refund as you are at fault not mine. I tired of empty promises and incorrect information.

Sent them an email asking for my refund and no replies as yet.

Tried calling today. Spend 15 mins on the line waiting for the call to be answered but it was disconnected with msg stating that no 1 was available to answer my call
