Stay away! Ordered (and paid for) Anker Nebula Mars 2 Pro projector plus Official Carry Case in January for about R19,000. 1) The promised delivery time of 2-3 weeks turned into 5 months. Refund request was unsuccessful. Half of the order eventually arrived. 2) The Carry Case never arrived. There were many emails and half-hearted promises. They could never get the real item, or a replacement item, asked for my bank details but then decided against remuneration. Today I was informed I must use my undisclosed credit to buy something that I do not need from them again. Reported them to https://www.cgso.org.za/cgso/decision-tree/ today. Hope it helps
