Take my money, don't deliver and no customer interaction
I made a purchase on the 20th June 2020. To date I have received no communication from Reliable store, nor are they contactable. There call centre still has a voicemail for Level 4. My delivery was suppose to be made in 7-14 days. Today marks 15 working days and I have not received my delivery. Very annoyed at the poor customer service.

15 Jul 2020, 09:37Hi Ruwayda, we know the urgency of the tap your ordered, Unfortunately, we had a delay with our supplier, Tap will be delivered by Friday, should that not be acceptable please contact dispatch on *** and we will accordingly cancel and refund the order. Regards.

17 Jul 2020, 10:02Hello. While I understand that there was a delay-you failed to communicate within your stipulated delivery timelines (7-14 days). I had to follow up numerous times with no reply and only once my message was noted, was the tracking number sent. I will be expecting delivery today (Friday. 17 July 2020)-please call me prior to delivering.
