Supplier not worth support

This is a response after months and a review

I hope this email finds you well, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response regarding your order as I have been out of the office. Sincere apologies again for the inconvenience caused regarding your outstanding items still.

Kindly advise how to proceed going forward as you are still outstanding 3 brass valves for the hot and 1 brass valve for the cold as only silver ones for the cold were delivered to you due to stock being the only stock available from our international supplier.
