Stores name is extremely ironic. The unreliable Reliable store.

I have bought (on 8th of June 2020) an ac adapter kit for a camera. They send me the tracking number BUFZA***YQ (Buffalo logistics), the tracking number displayed on the stores page is BUFZA***YQ which is not the same as the one they send to me. Both of the tracking number shows that the item have been received my the client, which I have not received. I have tried to contact them through the in website contact us, through email (***)(send on June 25th 2020) and the chatbot on the website, but no response only a ticket number through the email (U89SD2). They have until the 10th of July 2020 to contact me. I will take measures to get my money back on the 13th of July 2020.
