Store Name is a misnomer - very Unreliable

Order #59885 I ordered a SoundBlaster sound card with HiRes Audio capability, and what I received was a brandless sound card that is grossly inferior and doesn't even work - it makes my PC crash. Did they hope I wouldn't notice?

Their service is horrific; It has been 3 months waiting for replacement order and all that Primrose does is string me along with open-ended delivery responses. I have requested numerous times for a contact where I can escalate my issue but she blatantly ignores the requests.

Looking at the numerous other complaints from dissatisfied customers on Hello Peter, this store ought to be shut down - it is a ****.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, but who does that? Maybe Hello Peter should have a rating for these stores that pops up when their website appears on your search.
