Still waiting for my package for almost 3 months
I placed an order on the 2020/03/18 with this so called "reliable" online store. Till now (2020/06/09) i have still not received my package, nor can they tell me where it is, or when i will receive it. I understand for lockdown levels 5 and 4 there were big problems, but we are at level 3 now, so there is no excuse. The tracking number they gave me does not work either. I can't even get my refund as no one is responding to my emails and the call centre is closed. Don't ever buy anything from Reliable online stores.

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I was told that my full order would be delivered by today 2020/06/18 but i have yet to receive it. Also i cannot get hold of the call centre.

Reliable store now does not answer any calls or emails.
I will be taking legal action against them.
DO NOT EVER buy anything from this company.
What a shameful disgrace..
