Stay away from this business, this store is predominantly a ****.

I ordered something worth R900 on 1 December, after many delays, I eventually received a package from them on 3 January.

Without surprise they sent me the wrong item. The item they sent me is a R200 version of what I ordered. Now they want me to wait another 14 working days for them to send me the correct item. looking at the reviews here I have no faith of them ever deliver the right item to me. If I want a refund they will charge a 35% stocking fee. Essentially they trap you to either give up or let them keep 35% of your money.

Looking at the reviews here it seems even if you take the 35% loss, that refund is not guaranteed to ever happen.

I recommend everyone file a transaction dispute with your bank and try to get your money back that way. Maybe with enough disputes they will get out on a list.
