STAY AWAY- NOT RELIABLE.
My opinion is they and their delivery guys are NOT reliable at all.
Wish I could give negative stars. My nearly R2000 ord (placed Dec 2021) still not delivered on 17 Feb 2022.
The website for reliable store SA showed stock available when I ordered. Then when I got a tracking number on 25 Jan after complaining it comes from China and I was sent the T's and C's to remind me delivery time not guaranteed.
I am not unreasonable, gave the benefit of the doubt up till now.
The tracking number is useless. I don't understand the criptic updates. When I asked for clarity I was told to be patient and got no answer to my real question of what they mean (9 Feb)!!
Scanned in at SA warehouse on 14 Feb. No email updates as promised when you order.
My phone number changed in mean time and although I let both companies know; I doubt anyone even updated their systems.
Either I get my products latest in last week in Feb 2022 or I want to be refunded.
I have been living in a new kitchen without a single handle on a door and I will NOT be patient anymore.
Prove you are not a **** and I will edit my post slightly more favorable.
I dont even want to ask for the oustanding knobs or for an exchange on the handles to get the right ones. What if is takes another 3 months to return it and yet another 3 months to hopefully get the correct item and correct quantity if anything at all.
Save yourselves a lot of frustration and spend your hard earned money on a place that actually cares.
