STAY AWAY FROM "RELIABLE STORE"!

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER making a purchase through this online store. 1) They do NOT keep the stock they advertise. 2) keep on pushing ETA dates forward. 3) You may only request cancellation and refund after 2 months. 4) Then you call and send emails to get a refund which never happens. Basetsana keeps on telling you they are escalating to the (non existing finance department). I had to spend even more money at Takealot, to get the same product, but at least I received it two days later - that is what I call service. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS - Definitely ****.
