Stay away from Reliable Store

What a disgrace and disappointment Reliable Store are. I ordered a karaoke set early Dec 2021 and after a lot of prompting (they never answer their phone ) I finally received my product end January. Only to find all the manuals, controls, etc were all in Chinese. I returned it the same day and since then have been waiting for my refund. So many "Sorry....I'll find out what the hold up is and will get back to you"....I have lost count (all via email). Of course nobody from this company gets back to you and certainly no refund forthcoming. I concur with all other commentators....STAY AWAY FROM RELIABLE STORE....PLEASE !!!
