Stay away!!

UN-RELIABLE STORE!! Ordered a video camera on 28th June 2023. After 2 months and many inquiries I received the wrong merchandise. I took it back to Reliable store and they said I will receive the correct merchandise within 2 weeks. After another month and many inquiries again they told me that the supplier can't supply me with the order. I requested a refund and was told that the refund will take 10 to15 working days. It has been nearly another month and NO refund. They give me story after story. This company must be stopped with there ****s. NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN AND OTHER PEOPLE MUST STAY AWAY FROM UN-RELIABLE STORE.
