So much for supporting Local Companies!

The sad thing is I decided to support local. After reviewing many product I decided on a 3D pen and some accessories order number #29497 R1340. Sad thing is I didn't review the company promising delivery by the 27th September. (Lesson learned thank you for this platform Hellopeter)As all of you have mentioned. I'm still waiting for a shipping tracking number. Phones aren't answered and 3 emails have had no reply. Please help
