So disgusted in our Human Race

Very disappointing.People pretending to be service providers but ****ming people out of their hard earned money.My daughter bought a Birthday present for her Boyfriend.Believing it would be in time for his Birthday. Now when we are trying to track where it is we cannot get hold if anyone.When you try to phone ,your minimum waiting period is a half an hour.Nobody can hold on for a half an hour!I just cannot believe that these people haven't been shut down yet.Especially if I see all the bad reviews.I will be going to make a case with the Police as well.
