SLOW DELIVERY BUT EXCELLENT QUALITY

Yes they are slow but the quality of the steel tongue drum I received is excellent. The drum comes with a carry case, strap, mallets and decorative weaved trim. This is way above the quality of similar products I've seen elsewhere at twice the price. I think a lot of the products are shipped from China and responses were slow. Also the English translations to my correspondence from Buffalo in China was inaccurate. Locally Basetsana from Reliable tries her best but is probably overwhelmed by queries and complaints. Reliable MUST solve the language issues and responses with China
